Every piece is made to order and may take 2-3 weeks to produce. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer any refunds or returns. However, if there is a defect, mistake or quality issue in the product shipped to you, please contact us so we may resolve the issue. An order maybe considered eligible for size exchange (if incorrect size is delivered) only if notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
We offer free delivery to Europe, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, India, Thailand, and Indonesia. Order will be shipped via DHL and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
As the recipient of the package, you are solely responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country's government. We are not responsible for these fees, nor can we predict or estimate the amount of these fees. We recommend that you contact the customs agency in the destination country for more information regarding their policies and procedures.
If you refuse to pay any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country's government, your package may be returned to us. In this case, we will refund your purchase price, less any shipping fees and return shipping fees incurred.
