Yes, you can change your order within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact us immediately if you would like to make any changes to your order. Once your order goes into production, it cannot be changed.

Any modifications or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

All pictures on our website are a representation of the actual products. We attempt to display product images as accurately as possible. However, due to lighting and different digital devices you might be using, the color in the image may vary slightly from the actual color of the product. Please review all the images of the product you desire BEFORE placing your order, as we do not accept responsibility for slight variations in color or style.

We try to fulfill every single order we receive but your order may get canceled due to the following reasons:

– The product is out of stock

– Pricing errors

– Credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.

Every piece is made to order and may take 3-4 working weeks to produce. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, the delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails regularly for such updates.

All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer any refunds or returns. However, if there is a defect, mistake, or quality issue in the product shipped to you, please contact us so we may resolve the issue. An order may be considered eligible for a size exchange (if an incorrect size is delivered) only if notified in writing within 24 hours of delivery.

We accept PayPal and Bank Transfers.

The default currency is USD. However, you can switch to another currency using the currency dropdown on the top right of the navigation bar.

We offer free shipping on all orders. All orders are shipped via DHL. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that as the recipient of the package, you are solely responsible for any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country's government. We are not responsible for these fees, nor can we predict or estimate the amount of these fees. We recommend that you contact the customs agency in the destination country for more information regarding their policies and procedures.

If you refuse to pay any duties or taxes imposed by the destination country's government, your package may be returned to us. In this case, we will refund your purchase price, less any shipping fees and return shipping fees incurred.

By placing your order with us, you acknowledge and agree to our international shipping policy.

We currently ship across Europe, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, India, Thailand, and Indonesia. Order will be shipped via DHL and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Stay tuned as we expand to more countries!
